Grupo Herdez, Nutrisa and Victoria147 present Semillero Nutrisa , an initiative to promote 12 small and medium-sized businesses led by Mexican women. With the objective of supporting the growth and development of the local economy, Semillero Nutrisa calls for owners or majority partners of businesses in the food, beverage and personal care products sectors whose turnover amounts to 3.5 million pesos annually, to apply for a 70% scholarship in a Victoria Academy training program147. The program consists of four months of training on topics critical to the development and permanence of companies, such as finances, customer experience and human capital, taught by the Victoria147 team and its external collaborators.
